CPU Registers array

(Describe your PR, 2 sentences max) Creates generalized hardware registers within the CPU.

Added an array of single word registers within the CPU
Preserved the first four of the CPU registers as the accumulator, status register, program counter, and stack pointer
Creates testing for the software pipes of the CPU registers
