avoid need to include password on command line #53

Currently the cli interface requires you to either not specify a password or to 
include it on the command line.

This is a huge security risk as any user can inspect the command line using 
e.g. ps on linux. Most tools allow reading the password from stdin instead to 
avoid this risk.

Dbdeploy should support this.
