update mysql changelog script #77

dbdeploy v3.0M3 scripts folder contains scripts for changelog table creation. 
mysql script should be updated ant innodb engine specifief explicitly, to 
support transactions added in:
http://code.google.com/p/dbdeploy/issues/detail?id=12

because before the 5.4 default storage engine is MyISAM which does not support 
transactions.
