Add Onyxia Threat Reduction when hit by engulfing flames #13

I am not 100% sure on the actual threat reduction but I know that it is less than 50%. Since Onyxia's other threat reduction is 25% I assume that is the case here too. I have been using 25% reduction and it has seemed right so far.

@bjornenalfa the link you posted has nothing to do with engulfing flames. Post your evidence with your issue or don’t post these things at all.

Fireball is already on the menu and is a separate issue.
