According to various reddit posts / discord talk the Wrath of Ragnaros ability does a threat wipe on the entire raid when it hits.

Added Ragnaros NPC module
Added listener to reset raid threat for Ragnaros Wrath of Ragnaros similar to Shazzrah Gate wipe
