[BUG] The original xpbar ui blocks the action bar.

1. Move the mouse between action bars at the bottom slowly
2. You will find some icons unclickable
3. At the same time，there is a xp-info ui displayed on the screen

I can concur that this bug occurs on english language too.

same version (1.81) on latest wow wotlk release (whatever version this is)
