[BUG] Seal of Command #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Paladin's Seal of Command icon does not appier above of user frame. Shows only in right top corner

What version of ShestakUI are you using? (Stating 'latest' is not useful)

1.13.2

This isn't a bug, but rather intended. No buffs show up above the player unit frame. I'll add an option to show buffs above the player frame in the future (#55), but any important buffs are handled by Filger for now.

I misunderstood what you originally meant. It seems I had the wrong ID entered for Seal of Command (58a50f6). Should be fixed now.
