arcgis-js-api directory empty #2

Would it be possible to upload all the dependencies within arcgis-js-api folder to the repo. This way once it is downloaded it is ready to go other than running npm install. As it is now, the directions are a little unclear on how to accomplish this in my opinion. I went out and grabbed the latest api download from esri but other folders like dgrid1, put-selector, util, and xstyle will still be empty. Thoughts?

Ok after cloning through SourceTree the dependencies came through as expected. I am running Windows 7.
