Enterprise login example #297

While I have no problem with regular arcgis account login, I have been unable to use enterprise credentials successfully with an arcrest login. Can you enhance the logging in notebook to include an enterprise example?

This is not possible without being logged in Arcmap/arccatalog and running ArcRest from a script. The arcgissecurityhandler is for this purpose.
