Add blank state (no coordinates entered) to NavigationView #21

When there are no coordinates entered on settings and user returns to Navigation View direction arrow and distance indicators should be hidden and replaced with a message.

I will have a icon design to create a empty state graphic in our next release.

Build 1.0.123 has great blue icons for settings and contrast. The same settings icon is also used in the message you see when you dont have a destination.
