This text is now visible in build 1.0.132.
I understand the purpose of this text, and that it has come from legal but... the first line is actually contrary to how the app works. You need to move to see a direction to travel. If the user comes to a complete stop, the arrow will grey out and not advise them where to go. Can this first line be improved?
We have the final disclaimer text below (with metrics gathering note). Please make "the license agreement" hyperlink to http://esriurl.com/labseula, which will be updated once a esri labs has a specific eula.
Do not attempt to use this directional information unless you are at a complete stop. Travel safely and use common sense when using Trek2There. Trek2There is not to be used for terrain avoidance as direction and distance information does not consider traveling around physical barriers such as cliffs, water bodies, roadways, moving vehicles, buildings, etc. Do not follow any travel suggestions that appear to be hazardous, unsafe, or illegal. Trek2There is provided on an “As-Is” basis. You assume all risk of using the Trek2There app. Please refer to the license agreement for further details. I understand that usage metrics may be gathered and used to make Trek2There a better application.

Text updated. But I do agree that the first sentence does seem to contradict how you should be using the app.
As of build 1.0.172, see updated text and the license agreement link is outside the text box. Link works well on Android 5.0 and above and iOS. See #38 for issues on Android 4.0.
