Navigation doesn't start if T2T is called from another application and T2T isn't running in background already

This is evident as the 'End' button isn't visible which means the startNavigation() method hasn't been called.

This related to #35 as well I think.

This issue was introduced whilst cleaning up text screens, fixed in 1.0.175. Tested on
