Camera view not displayed on UWP #79

This issue is split off from #70 , tested with 3.0.17

The app doesn't crash but no camera view displays when you tilt the device. Tested on Windows Phone 10 and Windows Desktop 10.

With new Microsoft store capabilities and creation of MSIX files, work into supporting windows universal in AppStudio apps has been shelved, so closing this issue without a release version.
