Collect all GNSS components in one directory #97

Create a directory that holds everything related to our handling of GNSS devices so that this functionality can easily be incorporated in other apps.

All relevant GNSS components are now collected in the directory GNSSPlugin. GNSS support has been successfully included in Survey123 with very little code changes required. GNSSInfo has been updated to make use of the GNSSPlugin directory too.
