Replace the use of this file
https://github.com/ArcGIS/appstudio-vscode/blob/master/QMLTypes.json
with one read from AppStudio.
This would mean that the extension should automatically detect the components that are available with their version of AppStudio. eg: updating AppStudio will automatically update the components detected by visual studio code.
