Set polyline M-values to cumulative length of line

Works for both singlepart and multipart features.
Densifies true curves (unavoidable, since Arcade pre-densifies true curves).

Can you add this code to a markdown file with an explanation and details on how to define the rule? Also, submit the image with the PR so it is not in another system.
