Based on this conversation I just wanted to write a basic contributing guide 😄

I'll wait until we finish with this issue to include some orientation on how to name/describe the snippets. I guess I should also include all the agreements about snippets like what talked in here about ESM, autocasting, use of placeholders/versions, ...
