Description:

Doc refinement of TableTopSceneView and related classes.

Summary of changes:

added link to ar module to main README as well as example of ar dependency
modified the micro app to use a simplified dataset
added a README for the ar module under toolkit/ar, including screen shot
added a README for the ArTableTopApp
