Description

This PR implements Generate offline map with custom parameters in Edit and Manage Data category. URL to README: Generate offline map with custom parameters

How To Test

Navigate the map to put there area you want to take offline inside the rectangle.
Tap the "Generate Offline Map" button.
Adjust the parameters for the offline map.
Tap the "Start" button to generate the offline map.
The offline map will be displayed when finished.
