Still investigating why dynamic text isn't updating, but this can be tested with vTest df/TextFormElement.

Still investigating why dynamic text isn't updating, but this can be tested with vTest df/TextFormElement.

The last vTest I'd pulled failed without an obvious error. Validated with a local build that dynamic text is properly updating.
