Add visionOS as a supported platform

The last two commits are the only commits that haven't been approved in the past.

Please note a few things:

• visionOS support is added in the package manifest but not all components support visionOS yet as I am still going through each component. That means if the component hasn't been reviewed for visionOS then I marked it as unavailable for visionOS.
• I made sure the unit tests would build and run against visionOS
• visionOS support in the example apps:
  • Auth app has full visionOS support
  • Examples app does not have visionOS support since all components are not done yet
  • Job manager app does not have visionOS support yet because I am still working on that one too
• Our automated test suite also doesn't have visionOS support because I am waiting till all components are done
