Adjust scan button size and color; remove Clear button for barcode input type:

I see there're changes in the pipeline for ComboBoxInput - what about DateTimeInput

@PeggyDu09 Thoughts on @dfeinzimer 's comment? Should we make the "Date" button the same blue as the "Scan" button?

New "Date" button size is 22 x 22 (.title2): image

It was decided to leave the color as-is.
