I loaded my osm data to PostgreSQL DB. The "natural" layer in all three layers (pt, ln, ply) is empty and I notice that the reference field name as "natural_" . This underscore could be the root of my issue for having empty field and hence not being to apply symbology with OSM tools. Let me know if anyone else has had the same issue.
