ArcGis Editor for Open Street Map 10.6 - Error Uploading Data To OSM #191

I am receiving an error when trying to upload my edits to OSM. It appears I am missing the changeset ID. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I'm having the same issue at 10.4.1. "Cannot parse valid way from xml string \. Changeset id is missing."

Please use https://www.openstreetmap.org as the upload URL.
