In the 10.3 functionality for the Load OSM File too, there is an option in the main dialog to select additional OSM tag keys to add to the ArcGIS feature dataset schema. But since the tag is added as a column and not populated, we want to reduce confusion on this feature. Thus, the option should be moved to the optional part of the tool interface, and be given a different name (maybe 'Add OSM Tag Keys to Schema'?).
