Expected Behavior

Portal and Server WebAdaptor should be upgraded.

Actual Behavior

Portal and Server WebAdaptor remain at 11.1.

Steps to Reproduce

Run the configure file above with the flag " -Mode Upgrade"

Important Factoids

I carrefully read the new webadaptor format change available here and hope I did not miss anything: https://github.com/Esri/arcgis-powershell-dsc/wiki/ArcGIS-Web-Adaptor-Node-Configuration

In the upgrade process logs, there is no mention of the WebAdaptor as if it had been completely discarded. WebAdaptor resources was never invoked.

My webadaptor configuration must be somehow wrong because even after having manually uninstalled the 11.1 webadaptors and running once again the configuration, 11.2 webadaptors are not installed.

In the log, I have the following:
