Localization bug - for Arabic #232

When we have layer names in Arabic (right to left) the layer list widget displays the layers from left to right. All other widgets appear properly except the layer list.

Are you compiling the viewer source code yourself, or are you using application builder? Which version(s) are you using? Could you include a screenshot as well? (Maybe with both legend widget and layerlist widget to show both the expected and incorrect behavior) When you say layer names, do you mean something set up in the service itself (from ArcGIS desktop/server), or a layer name that's in the config files? Thanks :)

I am using the ArcGIS Viewer for flex with Arabic Locale (version 3.5 and ArcGIS Server version 10.1)

I have included screenshot of the service endpoint showing the layer names and the layerlist widget for your reference.

Layer names (I am from the old ArcObjects time..) are the names for the layers in the service (as seen in the screen shots).

I cannot reproduce this with latest version (3.6). Note also that the service directory itself have issues with Arabic layer names.
