Support for CustomTextElements in Print #251

An enhancement for the ability to add custom text elements to layout other than Title, copyright, author, subtitle, etc.

The API supports this, but it requires a custom template in the print service. I think this would make it better solved in a customized Print widget, than the default Print widget.
