Print tool should show failure message when URL to GP service (instead of task) is provided #19

When specifying the URL to an ArcGIS Server print service, the full URL to the print task must be specified. However, when the URL to the GP service containing the print task is entered, the configuration dialog shows a message of "get print layout templates completed," even though the templates were not retrieved successfully.
