Support ArcGIS Online and Portal authentication using OAuth 2 #40

ArcGIS Online supports authentication using OAuth 2, and this capability will be present in Portal for ArcGIS in a future release. The Viewer should provide the option to authenticate against ArcGIS Online and Portal using OAuth.
