Unable to display secure layers requiring different credentials #41

In a deployed Viewer application with a map that contains secure layers, users are only ever prompted to log in one time, regardless of whether the layers in the map require different credentials. This has the effect that only the layers for which the specified credentials are valid are displayed. The Viewer should prompt once per required set of credentials.

@pMaske please test. Note the fix is based on the branch for issue 40 (OAuth support).
