Export to CSV does not work properly for unicode text #7

Unicode characters (such as Japanese text) that are exported to CSV with the Export to CSV tool do not have the proper encoding in the resulting file. Instead of containing the correct characters, the text ends up looking like this:

æ¯”ä¸‰ä¸€ãƒ€ã‚¤ãƒï¼ã‚ºã‚¯ãƒ©ãƒ–
