Adding 'Related awesome lists' category and adding "dots" to each resource #4

I think it is worth skipping the alphabetical in this case to order to reconsider which complementary awesome lists are out there that we can benefit from.

We could get some inspiration and borrow some resources from some of them too.

BTW: I think we need to keep in mind that our list is for developers, and specifically for ArcGIS developers.

Should we include other lists like: awesome-chrome-devtools, awesome-devtools, ... ?
