I would like to add this as a new category to the list.

@alaframboise are you aware of any other tool that can be listed in here?

Administration and data management tools:

ArcGIS Online - Create, manage, and share content and data with cloud-based GIS tools.
ArcGIS Assistant - Inspect, update and copy items from one ArcGIS account to another.
Developer dashboard - Manage API keys, service usage, and data with the ArcGIS Developers website.
jgrayson-apl/ItemInfo - Inspect ArcGIS.com items based on user folder, tag or group, and add, replace or remove tags in batch.
jgrayson-apl/ServiceStatus - Allows ArcGIS.com Organization administrators to check on the status of registered services.
Portal Genius - For fast insight into your portaldata.

Portal Genius but that is not free software

Well, the CONTRIBUTING.md do not say anything license constraints, and we have FME server and it is not free software either!, so I guess we can add it 😉

@jgrayson-apl I have forked a couple of your repos to host them on gh-pages (the old links are broken) 😄, would you prefer to do it yourself? :)

@hhkaos: those are really, really old demos, they don't work and are probably not good candidates to share publicly. I might have slightly updated versions with working URLs, so dig around and I'll put this on my todo list if I find updated code for those two items...

I don't know any other free tool that can be used to do these things without coding, that's why, even knowing that they are very old, I think they are still useful 😅 .
