Document using Calcite-Bootstrap with Dojo for building mapping apps #174

Write up text to use in documentation that covers how to use this framework with pure dojo instead of jQuery. Cover documenting jQuery and dojo starter page. Add a link to Calcite-Maps repo.

Let's keep in mind that it's not only for map apps. Although it's most applicable to ArcGIS JS devs, if people want to build pure calcite-bootstrap pages and don't want to use jQuery, they can just use dojobootstrap.js. Let's add some content to the gh-pages that illustrates how to create a jQuery and a dojo starter-page.html. I'll provide the code. Here's what I was thinking.

Here's the code for the Starter-Page - dojo. It also includes tooltips at the bottom - probably something we should add to the Starter-Page -jQuery too.
