Fuzzy Type #202

We updated the version of Calcite Bootstrap, which caused the typography to look fuzzy.

Thanks for logging this @julio8a. We're currently hoping to use calcite-bootstrap for our January release of Workforce. Is this something you guys can look at before then? Or should we start investigating?
