Just wondering if we should provide tooltip colors as part as the calcite theme so they match. I'm just doing it manually right now.

Here's what the latest calcite-bootstrap/calcite-maps tips look like. I didn't apply any styling whatsoever. It's 100% default. We could:

Leave it 100% up to the developer
Provide some samples to sync up navbar-default and navbar-inverse a little better.
