Updates the accordion's interactive states as part of the larger epic in https://github.com/Esri/calcite-design-system/issues/9299.

Current state

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Update hover bg color to foreground.2 & does not change text
[ ] Update pressed bg color to foreground.3 & does not change text
[ ] Focus does not change text weight or icon color
