Color slider #9064

Description

We would like the slider from the color picker exposed as a standalone component.

User Stories

In an HSL-based theme creation workflow, we want a way for users to be able to select just a hue and not use the whole color picker.

Acceptance Criteria

The new component would look the same as the slider in the color picker with the gradient on the track, handle indicating the selected hue, and a value from 0 to 359. It would need events for slider input and slider change.

A color slider with colors assigned to the min max value. The slider would modify a value while the color swatch would provide a sample and action to edit.
