Popup for Mapservice #8

When viewing this webmap in the AGOL viewer I get a popup when I click on the map: http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=6a872bb05abf46a5bf64ca2d06749f9b

I do not get that same popup when viewing through the syler: https://esri.github.io/calcite-maps-styler-template/index.html?webmap=6a872bb05abf46a5bf64ca2d06749f9b

I think they should work the same way.

I'm also noticing issues related to popups.

If you open this example map:

The behavior is strange when you click on a point. It shows the popup for a short time and then hides most of it only showing a small sliver of a popup. An example shown below:
