No icons for twitter, facebook etc in footer #184

The links/icons for twitter, facebook etc shows as the letters "T F G E" on http://esri.github.io/calcite-web/. I assume it should be displaying icomoon icons or something like that instead.

As compared to developers site that shows icons, like this:

@bsvensson none of the icons have been implemented yet, see #156
