Attachments fail to get copied over to output feature class when running the ProjectZ tool, when the input feature class resides in a feature dataset.

[x] ~~The ProjectZ tool fails to maintain attachments in the output feature class if the input feature class resides inside a feature dataset inside the geodatabase.~~

The workaround for now, would be to make sure the input feature class is not stored inside a feature dataset.

This issue has been addressed.
