I added the typescript examples. Maybe we want plain JS ones too?
@driskull thanks for adding the examples. Yeah I think plan JS ones would be useful too.
Should we just launch this with the TS examples?
@driskull I'll get the JS ones in after template code freeze on Tuesday. Maybe we can wait until later next week (Thursday or Friday) to launch.
sounds good!
All the samples are currently pointing to 4.4 on jsdev. Should I update to 4.3 so we can release or should we just wait until 4.4 is out the door.
lets wait for 4.4
Sounds good. I'm working on the js examples now and will get it all ready so we can go live just before UC. I'll be out of town the week before but perhaps if its ready to go someone else can update the urls to production and get it migrated to the Esri org.
JS ones created - hoping this bug is fixed at 4.4 so the level url param works. https://devtopia.esri.com/WebGIS/arcgis-js-api/issues/9054
thanks Kelly!
I think we should move this to the Esri repo now. I know we have more work to do on the read-me but I won't get to that before vacation. I think its good to go out now as-is. What do you think?
I agree. lets move it!
@alaframboise can you get this moved for us? Or should i just contact github_admin
Moved but not public right? It has 4.4 refs...
lets point it to 4.4 prd and move it. I think its ok for now. We just won't announce yet.
Yep I agree with @driskull we just wont' talk about it until Online is released.
Ok, so just to be clear: 1) Move this to the Esri org, 2) Add you guys (and maybe me to the group) 3) Make public?
Yes. Lets update the references to 4.4 prd first. @kellyhutchins can you do that?
I rather we don't show 4.4 production URLs until at least AGO is released... (and preferably the API released).
already pointing to 4.4
@bsvensson ordinarily I'd agree with you but I'm leaving for 10 days on Thursday and trying to get slides and session material ready that points to this repo before I go. I don't get back until the night before my session and won't have time to update then. :(
ok then.
Thanks @bsvensson . We won't tell nobody 🤐
