This build addresses the GitHub tickets mentioned below:

371 - Add new Output Coordinate Window does not support dark theme

406 - Column heading error when exporting to .csv

464 - Support dark theme in Output section of Coordinate Conversion Add-in

466 - Poor performance with large number of collect points in Output List
