Delivery for Coordinate Conversion Addin DotNet V2 – UAT fixes #502

This build addresses the UAT feedback provided pull request #497. The validations implemented are:

Not allow more than 10 characters
Only allow alphanumeric characters
Not allow name to be started with a number

The impacting Github ticktes are mentioned below:

491 - Export all coordinate types from the output section to CSV

492 - Export all coordinate types from the output section to feature class

493 - Export all coordinate types from the output section to Shapefile

495 - Export all coordinate types from the output section to KMZ

All fixes are working that are expected in shp and kmz. There is a continous problem when exporting to kmz that we create a shp file, but then the files go away. We have seen this in the past as well.
