Coordinate Conversion highlight difficult to see in ArcMap #533

Using ArcMap 10.6.0 When you select a CC location on the map (or in the List) the point is highlighted with a faint green outline. image

The highlight halo needs to be larger in order to make it more visible, as it is in ArcGIS Pro. image

Addressed in #572 - Enlarged Halo and selected symbol small in ArcMap.

@lfunkhouser I was unsure of the version number for MT, so i just put "3.x" for now. This appears in a couple different places, so let me know if you want me to change it now or wait til closer to release.

Tab nav works correctly on solutionsDev, March 2019 pages display for CC and MT.
