This PR addresses issue #550 for both ArcMap and Pro.

Rebuilt another one just to do everything on my own .... \Commercial\Solutions\DefenseSolutions\CoordinateConversion\Testing\kg-#550\44 I agree with @csmoore this looks fixed and honors the lat/lon vs lon/lat radio buttons
