Select Point tool only selects the first of many identical points #559

Enter 45 45 in the Input box to add the coordinate located at 45 45 to the map and to the List. Enter 45 45 3 more times. You will have a total of 4 points in the List. Use the select tool to select the point(s) at 45 45 on the map. Only the first 45 45 point entered will be highlighted in the coordinate list.

Expected behavior: All points at the location selected on the map would be highlighted in the List.

Build 3.3.0.195 Military Tools Pro 2.3 ArcMap 10.6.1
