This build addresses the GitHub tickets mentioned below:

Sprint 1

[x] #583 - Coordinate conversion does not handle out of bounds clicks like DD in Pro
[x] #586 - After right-click > View details, you must close the details window before interacting with the CC pane
[x] #592 - View Details information is cut off in the title in ArcMap

Sprint 2

[x] #555 - Exporting to feature class when using a custom Display Coordinate causes Pro to become unresponsive
[x] #584 - Right-click in the List loses selection of multiple points
[x] #590 - View Details window should be resizable
[x] #591 - Rows in the View Details window in ArcGIS Pro should use 100% of the space in the window
[x] #596 - Output coordinate layer should show coordinate value as header, display field, in popup, not 0

Sprint 3

[x] #593 - Points from the List should display an empty View Details window, instead of saying "No Data" @saip
[x] #527 - Coordinate Conversion input coordinate -- formatting lost in Northern Hemisphere
