This build addresses the GitHub tickets mentioned below:

611 - Crash when exporting to kmz on pro 2.3 - verified
608 - Points [graphics] in the map display cannot be selected verified
604 - Crash on Kmz Export at Pro 2.4 - verified
601 - List box should be populated reverse chronological order verified
600 - Provide checkbox to show +/- for custom formatting (Work in progress as per new discussions)
585 - View Details with multiple points selected should "page" through the details of the points selected - verified
550 - Bug fix for comment verified

For #604 and #611 - I am still seeing issue #604 if I mix Map Tool and File Import Points - can you test this case?

Accepting and Merging this PR as-is. There is a regression test issue noted with #468 (https://github.com/Esri/coordinate-conversion-addin-dotnet/issues/468#issuecomment-502061509) / #527 (and possibly #600 related). Resolving #468 / #527 is an important priority for this release.
